Change in our Orthodontic Team

Dear Patient,

In recent weeks, several short notice, illness-related absences of Dr. med. dent. Stefanie Litsch have led to appointment changes and uncertainty. We understand how challenging this has been for you and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also wish Dr. Litsch a full and speedy recovery.

As Dr. Litsch decided to terminate her employment during her period of sick leave, it remains unclear if or when she would return to our practice. This situation has understandably caused concern among many patients and has been highly challenging for our team and the practice leadership as well. We would like to emphasize that we bear no responsibility for these exceptional circumstances and were ourselves taken completely by surprise.

All the more, it was essential for us to establish a stable and high-quality solution in the shortest possible time. We are very pleased to announce that we have been able to secure the support of Dr. med. dent. Karina Coba, a specialist in orthodontics and an experienced colleague. She brings many years of clinical experience, has worked independently in Switzerland, and has been part of renowned orthodontic practices in Zurich. We are confident that she will be an excellent addition to our team.

Dr. Coba will take over your treatment immediately and ensure the seamless continuation of all ongoing therapies. Over the coming weeks, she will review all active cases in detail. Should any clinically necessary adjustments arise, we will of course discuss these transparently with you.

This recent situation reinforces our commitment to further strengthening and stabilizing our orthodontic department, so that we can respond even more effectively to exceptional circumstances in the future.

Should treatment be necessary, we apply only minimally invasive techniques in order to protect and preserve tooth substance.
